This is my tomtom xl 330s gps 2nd Tom-Tom unit (my wife assumed moderate of my prior unit!!). Having dead up to date maps for a refurbished unit seems unreasonable. Also, evening if the maps are near a twelvemonth old, that is even good decent for me. The roads don’t change that frequently, and you should require to need to update the function every match of years anyway. This device works similar a charm, decent away of the box. It is easy to plug into my USB port on my computer to update the info and prompts me to do it when necessary. I receive applied it over 20 times and it ever has gotten me to where I wanted to go. I don’t know how I lived without it.
